How do I get a storage unit?

Stop by one of our 4 offices and fill out a contract, pay the first month’s rent and deposit.  For office locations click here.

 

When is my rent due?

Rent is due on all units on the first of each month.  Rent is late if not paid by close of business on the 7th of the month.  If rent is not paid, then the unit is over-locked and the late fee is applied.

 

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Yes, we require a $20 security deposit on all units.  You get the deposit back when you vacate the unit as long as the unit is paid up to date, the lock is off the unit, and there is no trash left behind or damage to the unit.

 

How long is the term of my contract?

The contract is a month to month contract.  Your contract ends when you move out of the unit.  You must be out by the last day of the month or you will be responsible for the next month’s rent.

 

Where do I mail my payments?

Payments should be mailed to  AAA Stow-A-Way Storage, 316 Locust Drive, Paducah, KY 42003. Payments can also be made at each of our offices.  We accept the following forms of payment: cash, personal checks, money orders, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express Credit Cards. We also have Autodeduct available. If you have a debit or credit card, we can Autodeduct your payment on the first of each month.  Just call and ask for details.

 

Do you provide the lock for my unit?

No, you must provide a lock for your unit.  However, we do sell high security disc locks at all our offices.  We encourage all our customers to use this lock.

 

Do you keep a key to my unit?

No, we do not keep a key to your unit unless you specifically request.  In this case, you must bring the key to our main office at Locust Drive.
